I have Rain One for my home internet and it is excellent and reliable. Can't say the same for my 2 simms that come with Rain One. Look at my next review to read what I think about that selling foofy
I have had a Rain service for at least 4 years I think. Been very satisfied up to now and been encouraging my network to make use of their products. I upgraded my Plan to the Rain One plan on 29 May 2023. On the 8th of June my service was suspended for non payment, even though I paid on the 29th. I had a time sensitive task to complete and from past dealings with Rain support, I knew it would not be resolved before the task needed to be completed — so I paid the R499 (which is not my plan). So after paying the money and completting my task, I sent Rain support a message asking for an explanation. Today is the 20th of June with no reply. I suspect they will take my Rain One payment o R559 at the end of the month and another R499 for my phantom account. So I hope this public complaint will at least wake you up to the fact that I need help and information. Support is important enough that I will go to another provider, even if I have to pay more. So call me!!!
I have been with Solid Hosting for over 2 years and in that time I had no issues, I pay them they host me. Yesterday all my sites hosted with them show a suspension notice even though all invoices are up to date. I've sent numerous support emails — no answer — dead quiet. I tried to call with answering machines with empty promises. I would gladly change my rating if I could hear from them at least, but for now, it should be at zero stars. Please call me guys. If you went south, at least give me a chance to vacate properly.
Been a customer for... feels like more than 10 yrs, and I have to say they do what they say. No complaints in all this time. When after all that time only time I notice them is for payment and when I need support then you know these guys and galls are on the ball. Always get support immediately by chat, within the hour by email for high level tech support Can fully recommend Ample for doing what they offer.
