My system was installed in December just before Christmas of 2023. I called Chantell and Johan was at my place the next day. Quote was done and the deposit paid. Installation was complete within 10days. I was super excited until it was Christmas and the system tripped. I made a call to Chantell and Johan called and logged into the system to check and reset. So my system worked and tripped a few times over for the next 3 months. Johan, Chantell and the team always responded to every call and assisted to get me back online until we found out that there was something wrong with the inverter which also caused problems on the BMS in the batteries. Johan removed the batteries and the inverter and returned it to the supplier under warranty. They reinstalled the unit within 7 days and up until now the system works perfectly. I will support and recommend this company to anyone mainly because of the backup and service that you will get from this company. I’ve also recommended them to brother in-law and he also installed a much bigger system with them as well. I’m so pleased to have installed my system with Its Home Electrical. Well done team
Please beware, purchased roller shutters in Feb 2018 payed them a deposit, only delivered in June(apparently they manufactured the wrong door) , They insisted on full cash payment before installation, once payed they installed a shutter that was incorrectly sized, they then installed the correct one a week later but with no override . So cannot be used just in case the electricity is out. Made calls and emails with promises to fix but nothing has been done to date. It seems that they just ignoring my request.. So just paid 18K for a security roller door that i cant use.. Its crazy..
