Not worth it!
Over a year ago I ordered a marvel crate for my husband's birthday. Up to date I have not received any crate. However, I got a replacement.... A ninja turtle t-shirt. Not worth it will never recommend. Highly disappointed. Alway empty promises.

NO SERVICE/FEEDBACK
Worst service. No feedback on my order. First I was told OUT OF STOCK ITEM, but they still advertise the item (No notification of out of stock) Since 27/09 I have received NO FEEDBACK from anyone. I do not recommend them.

Fake/Bad Service/Empty Promises
Takealot & PNP Vouchers! The day I applied for my card the gentleman who assisted me confirmed on numerous occasions that I will be receiving my vouchers. Because I specifically asked him do I qualify to receive these vouchers. Ins September I phoned to enquire about the vouchers. The lady I spoke to advised me there is a problem and will only be sent out by end of October. On the 1st November @ 08:22 I started phoning to enquire as to why I have not received these vouchers. Today is the 5th November and to date I have not received any communication from them. I phoned on the 2nd November only to be told it has been escalated no feedback. I phoned again in the afternoon and spoke to another gentleman and he said the same thing. After I asked him is it not common courtesy to phone a client and just give some feedback for example we are still busy with this query etc etc etc. But still no feedback. Your service is Appalling to say the least! I also want a copy of the telephone conversation to be send to me. I think this will be the last time I will apply for anything from Discovery. I will rather move my Medical Aid & Insurance because if you can ***** up a small thing like this I don't want to think what you can do to my medical aid and Insurance....
