Over a year ago I ordered a marvel crate for my husband's birthday. Up to date I have not received any crate. However, I got a replacement.... A ninja turtle t-shirt. Not worth it will never recommend. Highly disappointed. Alway empty promises.

I have waited over a year for my crates and all i get is excuses about back logs and then my support tickets are closed with out providing an actual conclusion, absolutely shocking and a massive scam, My brother warned me about them but it seemed so appealing and exciting to receive a surprise crate so I went ahead and now Im down on my money with nothing to show for it, Theres even a facebook group dedicated to their bad support, delays and non delivery which should tell you all you need to know.

Loot Crate does not even deserve half a star. I ordered the Loot Anime crate as a gift for someone. This crate was supposed to ship middle August and without notice the shipping was posponed to middle October. I paid a ton of money for this crate and so I mailed the support group with my disappointment and how they inconvenience me. They were not helpful at all and only said I should keep an eye on the shipping dates. They have been shipping more recent crates instead of shipping my crate from two months ago. Absolutely terrible service! I would not recomment using them, please shut the website down.

I would personally not even give them a 1 star rating. The service is horrible to say the least. I signed up for a years subscription in March (which is quite a lot money might I add) and I still haven't received one box from them and it is the end of June now Whenever I log a complaint or a request asking about the status, I am only greeted with unfulfilled excuses and apologies. And now that I have asked for a refund nobody is getting back to me. I've spent a lot of money only to be getting nothing from them Definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone, unless they want a constant headache over where their money has gone. Don't fall for this company. They only scam you out of your money

<p>It is pathetic how you do not allow us to cancel on the website. There are articles showing you do have a button to cancel or skip a month but not in my account (as per screen shot). It shows no subscriptions yet money keeps going out my account. I find it ridiculous how you make it so difficult to cancel, its as if you do it on purpose to keep taking money from people until we have to go out our way to email you. This type of online communication is way out dated which means it was meant specifically by yourselves to make it as complicated as possible. It's EXTREMELY easy when you take our money, but to stop is the opposite. There are numerous complaints online and yet nothing is done to resolve it and keep your customers happy, but instead arrogantly just refer people to your T&C's page. I thought this was a great idea until now, and on top of this I haven't received a crate since end of November. I will NEVER refer a friend or anyone for that matter to LOOT CRATE or should I say LOOT our pockets.</p>
