Poor sorry excuse of a service. No thanks.
I tried ordering perfume twice and both orders failed. First time: Perfume was in stock on the website and I paid it. A few days later I received an email that there is no stock and they refunded the money. Second time: I sent a mail first to confirm whether the smaller bottle was truly in stock as it said on the website. They confidently confirmed via email that there is stock. A week later same thing. I got an email that there is no stock and thar they refunded my money. This is so frustrating. I will never order again.

Stay away
Loot Crate does not even deserve half a star. I ordered the Loot Anime crate as a gift for someone. This crate was supposed to ship middle August and without notice the shipping was posponed to middle October. I paid a ton of money for this crate and so I mailed the support group with my disappointment and how they inconvenience me. They were not helpful at all and only said I should keep an eye on the shipping dates. They have been shipping more recent crates instead of shipping my crate from two months ago. Absolutely terrible service! I would not recomment using them, please shut the website down.
