Made a payment with credit card only to realise it was a **** called the number to contact to block transaction which is apparently available 24/7/365..... no reply after a couple of attempts..
I logged a complaint here and still no feedback - our emails keep going into junk mail. A lot of bigger organisations are not recognising the mweb as a legit email.
Called for assistance to set up an allias address connected to an already established address.. had to hold the line for 10 minutes with no response. Call dropped. There is no other way to get through to these people for assistance. Standards have dropped people to dismal levels.
Made a booking - paid 50% deposit - paid R298 cancellation fee. Needed to cancel and still await refund .
Account was paid in 2020 to Drs concerned. Received account now from Du Plessis and Partners for fees accrued up to and including 2022. After submitting proof of payment they failed to withdraw their fees. Dont use these guys, they just needing to make money
Received notification from SARS that a Tax Directive was incomplete on my system. Phone Old Mutual, the lady was unable to trace the Directive even though I explained am looking at it currently. She couldnt help me and said I should go to SARS, even after I explained to her that SARS said I should contact the fund administrator. This is now holding up the works and am possible accuring penalities as a result
AE Switch sent me an email of monies paid into my bank account and still todate 5 days later no funds reflecting . Upon enquiring with them they keep telling me to check my bank despite me asking for their proof of payment
Got an email of an immediate payment done on Thursday afternoon and monies still to reflect in my Capitec Account
FNB applied for an easy account on their app was given an account number and uploaded the documents for FICA. Called the call centre was told had to call back in an hour. Went into the branch closest to me was told the card will be couriered to me and I am still waiting for the card more than 7 working days after activation. Capitec failed me now this
We purchased a vehicle second hand from a private individual and took the vehicle to KIA for its 15000 km service to be told the manufactures warranty doesnt exist. We tried to make enquiries but was told the vehicle was written off hence the warranty has been suspended. The fact of the matter is the vehicle was involved in an accident but was never written off. It is still a code 2. Nevertheless, we asked them to look into the matter and we paid for our 15,000 km service and then came the 30,000 service. Which by this time the warranty issue was just swept under the mat. We sent emails and many phone calls to the Call Centre, Kia Manufacturers Warranty department is managed by Liquid Capital, who just keep forwarding our emails onto M Sure to deal with. M Sure deal with extended warranties which this is not. We are still waiting for Liquid Capital or Kia to come back to us and explain why our manufacturers warranty does not exist .... and to this day, a month later no response.. In the meantime we losing time. Our vehicle is a 2019 Kia Picanto and this vehicle can be verified by Kia as existent and not written off... BUT NO ONE IS TAKING OWNERSHIP OF THE MATTER
