I recently resigned and began the process of a provident fund withdrawal it has been well over 3 months now. No feedback has been provided on the status of the matter, if anything is needed from me. Nothing... I have tried to contact them through mail with no response. I have tried calling with all my calls ringing until the call gets dropped. I am willing to change this review if Lifesense starts responding as one would expect from a professional organization like this. I am disheartened with the status of the service industry in South Africa to say the least.
