Worst service ever
Worst service ever, money to settle a fine paid but the company could not confirm that the fine will be settled by the due date. Was told that I will be refunded if I pay the fine myself. Proof was sent that I paid the fine in time but no refund received to date. Not recommended at all.

Oops we have a technical hitch and money disappear.
It is now the 3rd time that Vodacom has a "Technical hitch" when paying for airtime online via bank card. Payment reflect as a card transaction paid to Vodacom but no airtime received due to oops we have a technical hitch.

Zasttra is a scam.
Zasttra should be closed down! Stealing hard earned money from unsuspected citizens. Biggest scam in the history of online shops, publishing fake customer reviews. Taken for a ride with no item delivered after full payment three months ago.

Poor service
Parcel delivered to local Depo 5 days ago, 50km from my house. Phoned twice, e-mail send requesting delivery date as I urgently need the item. To date totally ignored.

Jenny internet failure
Service on and off since 7 days ago with no explanation or apology. It seems like Volksrust is not an important center for Jenny wireless internet as the customer service is non existent. Impossible do do any meaning full work for the last week. Only get promises but no service.

Ethical business practices ?
Purchased a secondhand "tested" shock for a 50hp Mariner and found it totally non operational due to the fact that the oil seal was defective to the point that half the oil leaked out at some point before it was "tested" and found ok. They refused to give my money back due to the fact that it now has no guarantee as they did not fit the part to the outboard. This was not disclosed at the time of the sale (R6500.00) as I was assured that it was fully operational. BEWARE OF THIs BUSINESS !!!!!
