Non-existent after sale service

We have had issues with Bakgat Pools from the start. During the build it took an inordinate long time to complete the build with extensive and unwarranted delays. Which ultimately cost time and money while being immensely frustrating. We recently had an issue with a severe leak around the jacuzzi which they had built. We called out a leak detection company to confirm that the leak was coming from the jacuzzi. We subsequently determined that there was an issue with the piping. We alerted Bakgat Pools about the issue who assured us that they would come out and fix the problem. After several calls and several promises to come out, none have materialised and we have had to ultimately fix the problem ourselves, incurring time and expense. Our pool and jacuzzi is one of their main photos featured on their website, www.bakgatpoolsgp.co.za. Extremely disappointing that they could not come out and fix the their flagship pool on their website, all while they leverage off it.
