I bought two vehicles from this dealer - when purchasing these vehicles we where not informed that they had been involved in accidents or that the bonnet/front of vehicles had been resprayed - it seems that it is perhaps habit if it happened to both vehicles - the result is that my merc bonnet started losing it’s paint last year and that one can see the primer - it looks disgusting (bought2017) and now the Ford (bought 2019)has also started losing colour and showing primer - if the job had been properly I would never have been any the wiser and happy. I will gave to repaint both vehicles to make them look decent - I will not buy another vehicle from there ever
on 4 September 2018 I requested Edgars to close my account because I am tired of paying club and min fees even though I seldom use the account. I was sent a reply to say that there was a small outstanding balance which I had to pay before they could close it - which I paid - BUT they subsequently again debited the account with club and admin fees - which I am refusing to pay because it was subsequent to my request and they are refusing to close the account, so I am sitting with a stalemate and they keep on debiting the account. I need advice on this - which newspapers and other organisations can one go to to publish their blatant disrespect for my consumer rights?
