Reckless driving from Alpine autohaus staff member Sean and rude on top of it
This morning on the 14 January 2025. I had an experience of reckless driving from the company at the end of our Residential area, which is Epping Street, The company is Alpine Autohaus, corner of Koeberg Road and Epping Street, Rugby. the person in the "test drive" vehicle who appears to be working for the company. I was pulling out of my driveway in Epping Str, and noticed this white bakkie with Alpine registration name on it, coming at such a fast speed, i decided to wait, he swerved and was speeding down the road, while there were people walking and cars parked in the road. if i had to estimate his speed was about 60/70km/h. i drove and stopped there this morning, as he had just pulled into their work area, and confronted the person, he was rude to me and told me i needed proof and called me names, like ‘Karin’ and that ‘he hates people like me’ who complain and are miserable’ then admitted that i was mad because he didn't stop when i tried to pull out. He then said it wasn't him. But i went behind and saw that he had stopped there. I now see from the website it was ‘Sean’. What a bad reputation you guys are. This is a residential road correct Sean?

Alpine autohaus lies
We bought a vechile from Micheal Reynolds. We were told the vechile is in excellent condition. They did a pre delivery inspection. What a lie. We are now having to pay for damages that was covered up by this garage with superglue. When we asked for reimbursent to have the oil leaks craked manifold tie rods ends worn out etc etc they refused the cost alone was R20 000 plus the heater was bypassed and so many more short cuts were taken by Michael. The only offer we received from them was R5600. Still a huge loss as we trusted them. We still didnt receive the money nor the new radio as promised as even that was faulty but yes according to them the pre inspection test was 100% i will never advice anyone to deal with this lying and pathetic company Mr Lance Turner send me the email for the R5600 offer. We bought the vechile for R210 000 cash.

Second hand car trouble
I bought two vehicles from this dealer - when purchasing these vehicles we where not informed that they had been involved in accidents or that the bonnet/front of vehicles had been resprayed - it seems that it is perhaps habit if it happened to both vehicles - the result is that my merc bonnet started losing it’s paint last year and that one can see the primer - it looks disgusting (bought2017) and now the Ford (bought 2019)has also started losing colour and showing primer - if the job had been properly I would never have been any the wiser and happy. I will gave to repaint both vehicles to make them look decent - I will not buy another vehicle from there ever

Alpine autohaus, you will not find better!!!
If you are looking for a good deal and hassle free vehicles....please go check them out. I applied for vehicle finance and i must take my hat off to Lezaughn....she really goes the extra mile. Shaun was the guy i dealt with and even after i collected my vehicle he kept to his word and supplied me with what he promised. Alpine autohaus in koeberg road you guys are the best and thank you for all you guys have done.

If you are looking for a good deal and hassle free vehicles....please go check them out. I applied for vehicle finance and i must take my hat off to Lezaughn....she really goes the extra mile. Shaun was the guy i dealt with and even after i collected my vehicle he kept to his word and supplied me with what he promised. Alpine autohaus in koeberg road you guys are the best and thank you for all you guys have done.

Absolutely blinded by their tactics and offered a free buff and polish in order to right the wrongs and made to feel guilty about complaining and being told a year down the line they can walk away and tell me to get stuffed, but they are offering a free buff and polish.

Quality service
Had a fantastic experience with this company. The one in Koeberg Road. They were professional, quick, friendly. I will not be going to any other dealer except for them. Well done to the team on brilliant service, and thanks for making buying a second hand car a joyful experience.
