Shocking service, sold an accident damaged vehicle without my knowing, only 6 months later to find out it was resprayed, with a 2x4 cluster put into a 4x4 vehicle, sold a fraudulent warranty solutions mechanical warranty and a cosmetic warranty. Absolutely blinded by their tactics and offered a free buff and polish in order to right the wrongs and made to feel guilty about complaining and being told a year down the line they can walk away and tell me to get stuffed, but they are offering a free buff and polish.

Warranty solutions worst EVER
Shocking service, rude & sarcastic "claims manager" Mark Hutchinson & claims agent Craig Herbst. Zero comms from the start of claim process with failure to send a damage assessor to view & speak to service specialist as they know they would have a different story. Claim not paid and ducked and dived as to why the problem exists and failure to pay any amount toward a 14k repair. Due to "ware on tear" on a gearbox, a mechanical sealed item which is hard to find out what exactly caused the problem. Now failure to respond to policy cancellation emails, etc. Utterly Shocked, do STAY AWAY!
