Good Day I have had an account at finchoice in 2019.My husband passed away in that same year so i did not settle the account.After 3 Years that account has lapsed as MBD attorneys/collection services were not allowed to buy the account from Finchoice as debt,so automatically the account is written off.It has now been 6 years .I have tried since January 2025 to get a prescription letter from this company as i have app**** for a clearance certificate ..From Rude and untrained consultants to a manager that makes empty promises .According to the manager the account is closed and the prescription letter is available on the system.But every time i phone they request a new enquiry email.Maree/Nkosinathi (somewhere in that line) was supposedly going to email me on monday.Still Nothing.I am horrified in the lack of services at this Company.They are based in Johannesburg and their customer care number is 011 560 4705 my reference number with them is
I have requested a paid up letter from Absa credit card divisin more than 5 weeks ago as my husband passed away in 2019.Absa is just not responding to emails and this is so frustating.. ..any idea what i can do or call that can sort this matter out pls
i have cancelled max law a day after i app**** as i dont have any account but yet this month they stole R2500.00 out of my account with a different reference number when you apply they phone u ever 5 mins afterwards they dont bother asking...what goes around comes around.The Lord doesnt sleep.pathetic services.
We bought a vechile from Micheal Reynolds. We were told the vechile is in excellent condition. They did a pre delivery inspection. What a lie. We are now having to pay for damages that was covered up by this garage with superglue. When we asked for reimbursent to have the oil leaks craked manifold tie rods ends worn out etc etc they refused the cost alone was R20 000 plus the heater was bypassed and so many more short cuts were taken by Michael. The only offer we received from them was R5600. Still a huge loss as we trusted them. We still didnt receive the money nor the new radio as promised as even that was faulty but yes according to them the pre inspection test was 100% i will never advice anyone to deal with this lying and pathetic company Mr Lance Turner send me the email for the R5600 offer. We bought the vechile for R210 000 cash.
