I app**** at the school for my daughter to start 2nd term as we're relocating from cape town. I was told by Elna she has been accepted. 3 days later i was told there's been miscommunication and she not accepted. I asked for the reason and i was told the technical school my daught is at does different subjects to newton TECHNICAL High school. If a representative of the school told me my daughter has been accepted, why is it that the decision has been reversed without proper reasoning. I am sure to take this further as this was unacceptable.
I ordered on the 24th of march food via MrD app. The time of arrival was to be at 18h36. When i asked the driver where he is at 18h40 i got bo response. I asked again 10min later still no response. The food came at 18h56, it was lying on its side and one of the packages were broken with food laying all over in the plastic carrier bag. I logged a complaint and each time i get an automated response or someone asking me for photos I've sent through multiple times. On the 26th i called in to follow up and the gentlemansaid as they could see only one package was damaged they will only look into that, not caring that the rest of my food was all tumbled and disgustingly presented. Mr. D FOOD CAN YOU PLEASE REFUND MY PURCHASE AND THE TIP OF THE DRIVER, U ARE MOST WELCOMED TO FETCH THE FOOD IN MY DIRT BIN AS THATS WHERE IT BELONGS AFTER YOUR DRIVER HANDLED IT.

After several attempts to get this issue sorted out....still just nothing gets done and im transfered from pillar to post. Please update my credit profile, ive settled thiese accounts end of january 2020 its july. IM BEGGING YOU PEOPLE TO PLEASE UPDATED MY CREDIT PROFILE PLEASE I CANT BUY A NEW CAR, HOUSE, ANYTHING BECAUSE IT SHOWS I AM IN ARREARS WITH YOU FOR MONTHS YET THE ACCOUNTS ARE SETTLED. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO ANYMORE.
So ive settled my finchoice accounts end of january 2020. Recieced the paid in full letters and when i call the call centre the consultant says it shows the accounts are settled and she dont know why they haven't updated or sent through the request to the credit bureau. Shes logged the request as usual and still no response from the legal department. Ive had the same issue with fonechoice....surely your legal department can pick this up when they put in my details on the system. Again this struggle and not even their own consultants can get through to the legal department. I appreciate the help i reciece from the last consultant ive spoken to but why must this be escalated in a way where i as a consumer have to fight for you to do your part. Ive done my part in paying these accounts now when u recieved your money its of non importance to you to submit this information to the necessary bureau in order for me to get credit/homeloan. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY WILL SPOIL YOUR CREDIT TRACK RECORD. THE LAST UPDATE FROM THEM ON MY CREDIT RECORD SHOWS NOVEMBER 2019. PATHETIC SERVICE
Ive settled my accounts in full the end of january, im getting calls from a debt collection agency for the accounts. Ive requested multiple times for this issue to be sorted out.ive sent through paid in full letters to their legal department and still im battling for this to be updated. Each time i call the agent just says ive put through a request and await their feedback. This is the most pathetic service i cannot contact anyone else besides their call centre to resolve this issue and nothing is being done. WHEN WILL THIS MATTER GET RESOLVED!!!!!!WHAT ARE YOU DOING THERE!!!!

I called in very politely to enquire about a process of refund due to a product not being up to standard. I was told Mr. Osman isn't in he's office and the person couldn't confirm where he was at the time being weather he's in the building or not, yet she's the receptionist. I asked if there's any other person available to attend to my enquiry and was told Mr. Osman will get back to me but she's not sure when. This is poor service. The shop I bought it from refused to exchange it and told me it comes from the factory like that. Hopefully this will get Mr. Osman's attention.
<p>After numerous attempts to cancel my landlines even after paying for a service I wasn't using for 3 months I still owe telkom over 800 rand. I've spoken to many of the call center agents and even went into a store to cancel it then to see on my credit profile Im listed as a bad payer due to TELKOM NOT DOING THEIR WOR**** last person I've spoken with was at the head office telling me "I will get someone to call you". After ruining my chance of purchasing a house again, they just say"thats all I can do".</p>
I called in last year to request a change of network doctor then the guy who was on the line took both network doctors off and my primary doctor had to use my out of network doctor visit because some person was to incompetent to do the work properly.<br> Now when i called discovery almost a year later they still didnt resolve the issue and i was told il have to wait 3 days to hear the outcome.<br> What a waste of time,money and energy. Medical aid is just a waste
