Soggy mess
I would give zero stars if I could. I bought the Gatti Caramel Krunch Sucker at checkers. I got two boxes. So far we've opened four of them, each one was a wrecking soggy mess. I am throughly disappointed and I would like a refund. I did send an email but haven't gotten a response from your team.

Spoke to these guys a month ago about a Mint Krunch that we bought the guy who supposedly deal with such matters told me after so many weeks to go to the store and make a complaint there and all this time they never sent an email to tell me that he is rude and has no willingness to help or empathize with me as a consumer. His behavior is appalling for someone who deals with customer

I must have called 7 outlets asking for ingredients as this is not available anywhere online and the wrapper had already been discarded. Henke from Beaufort Wes, I just want to thank you for taking the time to verify the ingredients and for putting me at ease about the product. Thank you I will certainly purchase again.

Papoulis must check their cashiers!
check your slips at the Gattis in 8th Ave Alberton North. Got home last month to realize I was overcharged by R100. Petrol money back would cost me more so I left it. Went back today to restock but decided to double check my slip. R90 overcharge. When I confronted the cashier, she didnt even blink but just said sorry I rang the wrong ice cream and gave back the extra cash. Not even a blink.

I visit Gatti probably weekly NOT for lunch + Ice cream only but their market items too. From the day they opened their lovely doors , they have gotten it spot on , all aspects of this establishment has been thought out. From the menu (everything is fantastic ) , the ice cream ( permanent spot in my freezer) and the building itself is like welcoming you into their own home.......it may be crazy busy , parking spots maxed out , but there's a reason for it, they are awesome + the stuff is the sweetest!!!! #MothersDayTreats😘

From the day they opened their lovely doors , they have gotten it spot on , all aspects of this establishment has been thought out.
