Quest refuses to acknowledge the full amount of our claim - take note - from their specified workshop. Kimberley express is your client and This company is responsible for damage to our vehicle. Our bakkie was parked with NO occupants and Their driver crashed into the back of our parked vehicle causing extensive damage to the total of More than R37 000. They offered us compensation of Just over 20 000 wich will not cover half of the damage caused by their truck! It has been 4 months already. We are elderly people wich cannot afford to go without transport or cover the extra amount that they refuse to cover. Well done Kimberley express and Quest! I hope you treat your clients better than you treat us!

I ride what I regard to be the best all-round motorcycle in the world, but I have received the worst service in the world with regards to the following issue. My wife and I took to the roads in South Africa in December 2023. We were doing a coastal trip down the east coast heading south and to the west coast. We enjoyed the adventure very much experiencing all weather conditions. During a massive storm that we encountered, my key must have picked up moisture and thus my bike could not start. BMW MOTORRAD Cape Town collected my bike on 3rd of January 2024 and could not help me. I had to send my bike by truck to the dealership that I bought the bike from, in Johannesburg 1300klm trip. My wife and I had to then fly back to Johannesburg at a cost incurred due to BMW technical incompetence. My bike arrived at BMW MOTORRAD Fourways on the 11th of January 2024 and I went to complete documentation for a new key to be ordered. My case was being dealt with by a man named Leroy. I have been doing weekly follow-ups with Leroy and last week I was told that I should have my bike back this week. Upon following up with regards to progress I was told that Leroy is on leave. A gentleman named Daniel followed up on the bike and just informed me that nothing has been done with regards to sorting out my bike. I was very politely informed that I will be waiting atleast another 4 weeks. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable 🤬🤬🤬🤬

check your slips at the Gattis in 8th Ave Alberton North. Got home last month to realize I was overcharged by R100. Petrol money back would cost me more so I left it. Went back today to restock but decided to double check my slip. R90 overcharge. When I confronted the cashier, she didnt even blink but just said sorry I rang the wrong ice cream and gave back the extra cash. Not even a blink.
Very bad service. They were very fast in taking our money. Still talking to them on the phone and the debit order went through! Now 10 days later I still do not have internet. No one has been to my house for installation and the watsup line just tells you to grab a cuppa while you wait! Seriously considering reversing my debit order and finding another provider! First time and the last time. I will not recommend this Internet provider at all.
I have asked more than a month ago for my fibre line to be re assigned to my new address. I have logged cals and followed up. Promises have been made to have the line transfered but nothing yet. They are quick to deduct payment and yet no service delivery! Reversing my debit order on Monday!
