Soggy mess

I would give zero stars if I could. I bought the Gatti Caramel Krunch Sucker at checkers. I got two boxes. So far we've opened four of them, each one was a wrecking soggy mess. I am throughly disappointed and I would like a refund. I did send an email but haven't gotten a response from your team.
