Sparkling in Montana There was a phone in my car that I forgot to clear before they washed the car. The following day I went back to report my missing phone which was definitely ****** from my car. The manager collected my number and said they would check the camera and call me. I came back 3 days later and no call, so I went there. Only then he decided to notify the business owner who promossws to call me. 2 days later he has not called and I visit the business again, they promise they are only about to watch they video and they ask for my number again. I leave expecting a call, no call received. I come a day later, the business owner is not there. The day after, which is today,nothing has been done. I'm starting to think the owner is protecting *****'s in his business willingly as 8 days later, there is no evidence that they bothered to check the videos as promised. I'm extremely disappointed as I believed the owner is more empathetic, he would rather continue working with a ***** another day than check who they are and and minise hiring *******. Unless he already knows who they are but does not want to take accountability for the loss of my phone,, and pretending like he doesn't know.
Accident reported on 26th August 2024. 1 week left to complete 2 months of waiting for the repairs on my car. This is impacting on my daily productivity as I need to take my kids to school daily and attend work meetings when and if requested by my bosses. 2 months is too much. Auto Magic has been waiting for authorisation from you for so long from you guys, Lesedi you promised me yesterday that you were sending authorisation, and still not done today.

I am extremely disappointed with the service received. When I was in an emergency situation- a matter of life and death, the consultant could not find a way to help me quickly enough. I specified that the matter is urgent as my 1 year old baby was locked in my car with the keys inside the car as well. The day was extremely hot and the windows were closed. The car was in the Menlyn area, PRETORIA EAST. The consultant decides to contact a locksmith who is coming from PRETORIA WEST!! And tells me 30 minutes to an hour the locksmith will arrive-with a small baby locked inside the care? The locksmith doesn't even know the area, even common Garsfontein road, on top of that he doesnt have whatsapp for us to send location!! 40 minutes later the locksmith is still not there and we are forced to break a window to save the baby. The consultant calls when we have saved the child and to check if the locksmith had arrived. He was still not there and we had to break the window. She just says sorry about that. No alternative recourse? How about fixing my window maybe? When when the child is already safe, the locksmith is still calling to ask for directions? Why does he not have the technology to use a GPS? Just a phone with a map and whatsapp? Was it not obvious that if I'm in Menlyn, you must call someone around Menlyn who is maybe 10 minutes away? Do we now claim for a window and now pay excess to fix a window that we wouldn't have to break if King Price did the right thing and came on time. Did the consultant not understand that it's an emergency? ? I'm shocked!! King Price I really expect a proper apology and for my window to be fixed.
