Worst service ever at Irene Mall Sparkling Car Wash. After a deep clean, they did not have the correct degreaser for the engine and chassis. They then scratched my bumper, and the staff claimed the damage was already there from a few months back. I will never bring any of my luxury cars back. Today I took my two small cars for a wash at 15:20 and was told they were closed. Earlier, when I asked the staff what time they close, the lady said they take in the last cars at 15:30. When I arrived at 15:20, the wash bay only had one car left to move (not even being washed), and staff were standing around and looking at me. Very poor experience.

I would like to complain about the ********** service I received at the wonderpark sparkling auto. I brought my car in for a full wash (R120) at 9:20am. I then proceed to go for my morning run which took me about 45 mins to complete. When I arrived back, to my shock my car hadn't even moved into being washed. The manager then asked which one was my car and I followed to tell him. Another 20-30 minutes elapsed and still my car wasn't washed, which then proceed to asking for my car back. The manager was unapologetic about the delay. I wouldn't advise using their services.

I would like to complain about the ********** service I received at the wonderpark sparkling auto. I brought my car in for a full wash (R120) at 9:20am. I then proceed to go for my morning run which took me about 45 mins to complete. When I arrived back, to my shock my car hadn't even moved into being washed. The manager then asked which one was my car and I followed to tell him. Another 20-30 minutes elapsed and still my car wasn't washed, which then proceed to asking for my car back. The manager was unapologetic about the delay. I wouldn't advise using their services.

I can't seem to find the Sparkles car wash at Irene village mall on here so I hope the correct person finds this. After trying to give them benefit of doubt after 2 of my vehicles went there for a vallay and got returned still dirty I took my Jeep there today I informed the manager about the past experience and he assured me that this time it wil be done correctly.. long story short. Paying R100 for just an inside clean that is still dirty as hell in side the doors and even by the gear nobs this place will never see one of my vehicles or any of my people's vehicles again. ****iest service ever received.

Worst car wash ever! I would not recommend them to anyone! Took my car for a wash inside and outside. My husband’s vape fell under the driver’s seat just before we got at the car wash- forgot to take it out before we booked the car for a wash. After they were done with my car (which took literally 2 hours and they didn’t vacuum the mats because the vacuum cleaner didn’t work- already paid for everything!) the vape and a part of my stitch air freshener was missing. (We only realised when we got home) Called the manager/receptionist (I don’t actually know who or what she is there)- firstly, she said that there’s disclaimers everywhere that they don’t take responsibility if clients leave valuable items in their cars, I explained that it was a vape and part of my air freshener, I mean honestly. She then said they will check on the cameras and get back to me. Called again after 3 and a half hours, just to find out that she hasn’t checked the cameras yet and will get back to me before the end of the day. My husband and I arrive at the car wash to speak to the manager. His excuse is that they are unable to check the footage because there’s something wrong with the cameras and also said that his employees throw away vapes all the time and he can’t take responsibility for that. When asked about the top part of my air freshener, he explained that it might’ve broken off and they threw it away! The audacity to even think that you can just “throw away” things in someone else’s car is absolutely absurd!! We were there the entire time, they could’ve just asked. So according to the manager the things were thrown away, but I personally think it was ****** from the car. Do not recommend them at all!! Worst of the worst!!!

Sparkling in Montana There was a phone in my car that I forgot to clear before they washed the car. The following day I went back to report my missing phone which was definitely ****** from my car. The manager collected my number and said they would check the camera and call me. I came back 3 days later and no call, so I went there. Only then he decided to notify the business owner who promossws to call me. 2 days later he has not called and I visit the business again, they promise they are only about to watch they video and they ask for my number again. I leave expecting a call, no call received. I come a day later, the business owner is not there. The day after, which is today,nothing has been done. I'm starting to think the owner is protecting *****'s in his business willingly as 8 days later, there is no evidence that they bothered to check the videos as promised. I'm extremely disappointed as I believed the owner is more empathetic, he would rather continue working with a ***** another day than check who they are and and minise hiring *******. Unless he already knows who they are but does not want to take accountability for the loss of my phone,, and pretending like he doesn't know.

SPARKLING OF ******* ‼️ I drive a Ford Fiesta and I was willing to pay R160 to wash the car which I feel is overpriced. I lost my Versace sunglasses and I: 1. I went to Sparkling and informed the lady Supervisor about the incident and she was very defensive and she said I should leave my contact details she will investigate and call me back. She did not call me back. 2. The supervisor **** and said that 4 people washed the car. 3. I went back to get the gate remote from the car and almost 10 SPARKLING employees were washing a small Ford Fiesta. I witnessed this. 4. Wrote an email on 19 July to Sparkling reporting the theft, and Natasha responded asking me which outlet and I responded to her that it’s HATFIELD branch. 5, I never heard from anyone from Sparkling after that. 6, I sent a follow up email on 21 July to Natasha and Sparkling is ignoring me and my follow ups. 7. I even complained on HelloPeter and SPARKLING is still ignoring me. 8. SPARKLING CONDONES THEFT BY ITS EMPLOYEES. 9. I want my sunglasses back I want my sunglasses back

Auto Sparkling Centurion, horrible service you are better off having the rain wash your car ! They claim to offer the quickest car wash 😂😂😂 they just rinse your car and claim that you need to polish the car to remove ordinary dirt. Take your car elsewhere!!! There is an arrogant Zim manager who failed to take accountability when my headsets worth 3k disappeared from my car.

Auto Sparkling Centurion, horrible service you are better off having the rain wash your car ! They claim to offer the quickest car wash 😂😂😂 they just rinse your car and claim that you need to polish the car to remove ordinary dirt. Take your car elsewhere!!! I alerted Sparking on Saturday about my missing sunglasses at Hatfield. Natasha du Preeze responded asking me which branch and I told her Hatfield and she stopped responding to my emails. I went to Sparkling Hatfield yesterday 22 July and the supervisor started by gaslighting me about the facts of the events. There were almost 10 people washing a FORD fiesta and she denies it and I witnessed it. I am not surprised my sunglasses are missing. I want my sunglasses back. If I do not have my sunglasses by the end of business today. I intend to: 1. Open a theft case 2. Review on Google 3. All the details with other relevant authorities 4. Circulate all the facts on social media
