I would like to complain about the ********** service I received at the wonderpark sparkling auto. I brought my car in for a full wash (R120) at 9:20am. I then proceed to go for my morning run which took me about 45 mins to complete. When I arrived back, to my shock my car hadn't even moved into being washed. The manager then asked which one was my car and I followed to tell him. Another 20-30 minutes elapsed and still my car wasn't washed, which then proceed to asking for my car back. The manager was unapologetic about the delay. I wouldn't advise using their services.
I took my Samsung watch in for repairs on the 3rd of November at the Sandton City branch. Two weeks later, no one can tell me turnaround time or give me any clear direction on the progress of the repair. I’ve tried calling the shop to no answer, went there this morning only for the sales rep to tell me to give him this week to find out what’s happening. I am so fed up with such poor customer service after I spent my hard earn money buying the watch at their store.
I had an issue today with the customer service received at McDonalds Newtown. I went to the shop to claim my loyalty points to purchase a chicken foldover meal. The app deducted my points and after enquiring and letting the line manager know that the app took my points and I can't claim the meal, her response was that she didn't know what to do. This left me in a predicament because not only didn't I have lunch, but now I have to wait for God knows when for the points to be sent back to me. Such incompetence is so annoying.
So disappointed in the service I received at the KFC in Craighall. I ordered my meal through the drive-thru, only to be told to wait in the parking for it - mind you there was no one else in the drive-thru. 30 minutes passed and that's when I decided to go inside the store to enquire about my order for them to tell me they had forgotten. I'm so irritated at the service of KFC and especially your staff. Rachael was so inconsiderate and nonchalant about the situation.
I couldn't be more thrilled and satisfied with the service I got at Bounce Mall of Africa. The staff (Bonolo, John, and Oratile) were amazing and considerate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind and have fun.
Your reconnection services are terrible. Long hours you have to wait, coupled with poor customer service. Nombulelo M from your Whatsapp chat is horrible. Look into finding people who know what they do and don't make clients wait tedious amounts of minutes. Still waiting to be reconnected but no one can seem to contact vuma to speedily solve the issue.
I was at the Cape Town International Mugg n Bean looking to order for food. On my arrival, no one served for 30 minutes before I made a complaint only for someone to come to my table. I then waited an additional hour to get my food which I believe is unacceptable as people who came in after me, got served. I will never eat at your franchise again.
Very impressed by a lady named Sibongile part of the deposit team. Really attended to my matter swiftly.
Hi guys, Someone from Vodacom used my personal details to open up a contract without my knowledge or consent. I've been emailing your customer support people since February without any success. This affects my credit score as it appears I app**** for credit when I didn't. I've never had a Vodacom contract, and I don't understand who would be doing so. The hard search was done on the 26th of January. Regards,
I went to the Longmeadow Engen garage to try claim my wimpy reward for them to tell me that the machine doesn't work. Such an inconvenience as I wasted my petrol and time going there for nothing.
