January the 21st I bought a Golf TSI at VW marstercars in Claremont .Since day 1 the car started giving problems ,The clutch was totally messed up .2 weeks later they send the car in for repairs ,Another week later the car came back still an issue with the clutch .So now they have the car back in their workshop apparently the clutch is sorted but now the radio button needed to be fixed and it’s nearly a week since that was done.This morning I received a call from the dealer saying it would take another 4 days to sort out a radio button .1st of all I was never given a test drive with this car ,on the add it clearly showed 95k kilometers but when I got the car it was already on 111k kilometers .I got a mail from them with an invoice stating that I’m paying an amount of R4k for things I don’t evens asked for so when I questioned it the guy told me no sir it’s for your smash and grab windows and the radio that’s brand new in your car.Up until today the service I’m receiving from them is the worst ever.I feel that they sold me a car that’s defective and will clearly take this matter further.Their service is so terrible.Everything they tell me sounds like a bunch of lies just to satisfy me .
