Great Service
Great service. Happy to refer them. I appreciate the contract and attention to detail. Having contract in place made me feel safe as a customer. After sales service was great

Being Shouted At in Front of My Kids
I received the most disturbing service at your gateway store. I was embarrassed in front of my kids and your staff and customers. Not only did the manager named "tubular" shout at me but he also shouted at my mother in law. He told us that "we can go to consumer court if we want to", He denied us our right of EXCHANGING a stroller and car seat because it didn't suit our child's size and height. He refused to help. I was deeply disturbed that a manager would shout at a customer. My kids got scared at the situation and my 2 years old started to cry.
