Boston Blinds (bostonblinds.co.za) do not know how to measure or install blinds. We wanted black out blinds. The window was long and the blinds needed to be split up. The requirement was for the blinds to overlap on the window frames to minimise light. This was done correctly for one room but in the lounge after the fist installation there were gaps that were not aligned with the window frames. The installer tried a number of fitments and concluded the blinds were not made or measured correctly. When the second installer cam with supposedly new blinds the same issue occurred with gaps not aligned to the window frames. At this point Boston blinds refused to come out to see for them selves and remeasure. They have held onto the deposit which has not been refunded and refuse to complete the work as agreed. I call this poor customer service and theft. Boston Blinds have also not responded to any of the emails or phone calls requesting the work be completed as agreed. My experience was the opposite of what Boston Blinds claim on theire website "As a family-owned company we insist on the highest standards from our designers through to our fitters, and guarantee your satisfaction" It should say "No quality and no integrity."
