Do not purchase anything from OneDayOnly – worst service I’ve experienced. I received a defective item on 6 March 2026 and logged a return the same day. After multiple follow-ups and very little communication, I was only informed on 13 March that the item would be collected. The supplier received the item on 16 March, and now I’m being told I must wait an additional 10–14 business days just for assessment. This means a return for a faulty product could take over a month to resolve — which is completely unacceptable. The lack of urgency, poor communication, and overall handling of this situation has been extremely frustrating. I will not be purchasing from OneDayOnly again. Order 8471084
I would like to raise my concern regarding the lack of clear feedback from OneDayOnly after logging a return request on 6 March 2026 for Order#8471084 I purchased an Ecovacs Deebot N30 Pro Omni robot vacuum, which I collected from courier 08:30 on 6 March 2026. I returned home and began unboxing and the setup process at approximately 14:00. The device successfully completed mapping my home, but when the cleaning cycle started at around 14:40, the unit displayed an “LDS Malfunction” error and stopped operating. I followed all the troubleshooting steps provided in the Deebot application, but the issue could not be resolved. As this occurred within minutes of first use, this is clearly an out-of-box failure and the unit is defective. I logged a call Friday 6 March 2026 15:20pm, While I have received automated correspondence, the instructions regarding the next steps of return process are unclear, and I have not received any direct feedback regarding the return logged on 6 March 2026. On the 6 March 2026, 15:58 I have submitted all the relevant photos and video on WhatsApp and email as requested by OneDayOnly. As this product is defective, I would request a replacement unit, or alternatively a full refund should a replacement not be available. Given this experience, I must unfortunately note that it has been extremely disappointing, and lengthy turnaround time, it is very likely that this will be the last time I purchase anything from OneDayOnly!!
LCB Solar company is a scam.... I was also caught. Please don't buy anything form this peace of S__T!! Please open a police case against these fraudsters. Capitec advised that they would be able to open a fraud case and investigate from their side as well. All Capitec bank accounts are linked to home affairs. Please also ask the police investigating officer to obtain a interdict / court order to obtain the account holder details from Capitec and Cell C to obtain the identity of the account holders of these accounts. These fraudsters needs to be stopped. I saw a few people reported a fraud case against this company on hello peter the last 2 days being scammed.
Good day I am not a customer that usually complaints but just had enough. I went online to book a airline tickes on mango website.. everything went well and purchase went through to the part where I need to get my airline tickets/ reference number did not come up and the following message appeared. That the booking request is a potential duplicate and a PNP reference number appeared ( RTRTML) The money was deducted from my account and when I phoned through to Mango customer department the consultant advised me that there is no booking reflecting under my names and that I must phone my bank. My bank advised me that the payment did go through and provided me with the following clearance number: ********** 73. I phoned back to Mango customer care line and the consultant #Ntabileng advised me that nothing can be found on the system's and that I need to send a mail to ********** Wich I did. she also advised me that I can phone through to the accounts department this morning. I phoned through to accounts department this morning and they advised me that there is nothing reflecting on their systems and that I must consult with my bank. I went to ABSA bank this morning and they advised me that the trans action can not be reversed and that Mango banks with Nedbank and that Mango did not do end of day or ran their banking for the day and that the transaction did go through To make a long story short.... I used my last money to buy the airline tickets to attend a funeral this weekend and all that the consultants are telling me is that it will take up to 48 hrs to resolve. .. which I don't have. These were the only flight tickets available JE 826 JE 821 Not one of the consultants could proved me with reference numbers for the call... Spoke to numerous departments and consultants for more that an hour on the phone and not one could resolve the issue. The worst part is when researched this issue on Google about mango is that I am not the first customer that is complaining about this. Very bad that a big business like mango can not resolve this... I will surely not recommend mango to any other frequent flyers!!!
