Poor service and never runs out of excuses for not being able to deliver as promised! It's also exhausting trying to get ahold of them via telephone...
SR REF:7029576587 On 16th April 2020 I emailed Standard Bank enquiring about a payment holiday on my vehicle account. Without my knowledge / approval / application a payment holiday was granted and processed. Since May 2020 I have been sending emails to various departments and people at Standard Bank, I have also requested for a manager / supervisor to help resolve their error, but in vain!
SR REF:7029576587 I've been emailing Standard Bank [at least once a week] since 07 May 2020 regarding an error they have made on my account ... to date this is still unresolved. I have been using an average of 5 email address' for all my communications which get read but no one makes an effort to respond / solve this issue!
