I app**** with all required documents, disclosed financial status. They approved me for R15000 loan with an upfront fee of R1860 which I paid, then I was told because I was under debt review I needed to pay R2499 which I paid. I received an Absa proof of payment from then ,but no payment was made into my account. I then enquired, then I was told I needed to pay R2880 for low credit score insurance which I paid. Now I'm calling sending messages no one can tell me what's going on. This morning I made another enquiry and I was told I need to make another payment of R2880 I asked what for I still don't have an answer.

They promised me a loan after parking Almost R1900, then later on I was told I need to add R2499, 3 days later, after I was sent proof of payment,which I still have not yet received. I was told I need to pay a low credit score fee of R2880 to the South Africa Reserve bank . I didn't have the complete money, I was told to pay R1000 they manager will see what to do to assist with the rest, but to date I have not received the loan. They are now giving me the run around. I don't have the answers, neither do I have the loan or a refund.

Pathetic services from Mr price Woodmead
The service was pathetic. There were cashier's at one the till. Only they know what they were looking at. No one paid attention to me and I was the only o e standing there looking an idiot for almost 5 minutes. Eventually one guy notices me and requested them to assist or call someone that can. I still didn't get assistance I left the stuff I wanted to buy there n left.
