Excellent service
Z & I panel and spray in Ottery were absolutely amazing! I had an accident last week and was expecting my car to be out of action for 2 days. I was in a state cause the guy that did was abrupt & left me to sort out saps etc. Lulu took me aside and said not to worry as soon as I m ready I can drop off the car. Well I dropped it off yesterday evening & it’s back in my garage smelling like strawberries! Litrally! Thanks lulu & staff for always going the extra mile! Nikki

Bad service from Outsurance
I had a claim in April 2018. This is my 2nd claim in almost 10 years! A young girl flew through a stop street into my car. I asked for my excess of R4400 as I now dip out of my outbonus of R6000 odd next year. Outsurance came back and told me the BEST they could do was get the young girl to pay the excess of at R200 a month as she didn’t have money and the car was still on the previous owners name as she hadn’t changed it yet. As of today I have yet to see any of the money!! I think it was poor service from a company that everytime I go to the movies it says how fantastic they are after 20 years. Well I ve been with them half that time and I m still waiting for the fantastic service. They are not a good company and are very expensive. I ve had ample companies asking me to go over to them but I stupidly thought they were the best! Well the jokes on me! I will definately look elsewhere as soon as I get the ombudsman to sort them out! If you’re thinking of Outsurance? Don’t do it! It’s not worth it!
