I cannot even begin to say I ordered in February even for an event in February 2020, and it's now October 2020, My e ha tsapp calls are ignored, where do I report this scammer?
Your Finrite insurance sucks, big big big time. OUR CALLS ARE NOT IMPORTANT TO YOU....Lies that voice prompt should be cancelled. I have never experienced such bad service in my life I was patient enough to hold for 1hour 28 minutes to actually prove my point. on the call centre there is never there. I will never take insurance with telkom ever again. You have no respect for your clients. I phone 3 times spoke to switchboard at Finrite, I spoke to the lady 3 times and she put me through and i told her that once their experience of HIGH CALL VOLUMES is done they call me but nothing. People do not respect their jobs. I am tired of telkom and its insurance. GATVOL i tell you. Please send me my phone back , i will fix it were they would care about my inquiries. Not this disrespectful network service and its useless insurance.
I just joined this bank and they are not flexible , I cant sent money like e-wallets and I bought a new phone downloaded the app onto that device , i need to go into the branch to activate... but its remote ..Why ??????
