No internet connection

I have not had internet at mu house for 2 weeks now and they dont care and not doing anything about it. This has also happened last month as well

Bad service and being sworn at by staff

I was sworn at by a cleaner who refused to keep the noise down while cleaning at the early hours of the morning at 02h00 . The reception area did not respond and manager was not bothered to assist us
