UberEats together with Burger King Fourways gave me the worst experience ever!!! i will sign out and delete the UberEats App on my mobile phone and will definitely never order from Burger king again!! Money was ****** from my by these two businesses and despite my explanation on the UberEats app i am still being told that a refund will not be isued! I was left hungry on the 15/02/2024 after i placed an order and Bu9rger King accepted it and a few minutes after i am told to cancel the order because they are out of stock! How do you accept an order for something you do not have and how am i charged and being penalized for cancelling when the restaurant was already preparing my order? WHAT WERE THEY PREPARING?? And why did they advise that i cancel on my side because they cant on theirs??? Times are tough and i dont think anyone would take the treatment that i received from these companies!! UberEats is not even willing to contact the restaurant to find out what happened on that day!! i want my money or any compansation!!!
The place is disgusting, no idea of the 'Treating Customer Fairly' principle whatsoever!! From the bar staff slapping customers to security staff man-handling women just because its time to close up... not considering the amounts of money people spend there only to be treated sooo unfairly at the end of it all... im am extremely disgusted and i still can not believe what i saw last night at that place. I would strongly discourage anybody wanting to try or visit this place.. i went there and can safely say i will never return here.
