I wish I can place the photos on here of my last review at the orthopedic surgeon suggesting that I need continuous Biokinetist treatment which RMA didn't care about and the recommendation from a independent Occupational the****** Discovery send me to, suggesting that the orthopedic surgeon must investigate why the knee replacement wasn't successful. RMA didn't care about any of this reports and still doesn't care but on LinkedIn they say that they have a rehabilitation program but I didn't see it.
Since my first review on the 12 September 2024.I will still warn everyone that RMA is pathetic and only worry about money and not people. The answer stay the same RMA didn't listen and closed my case now I must pay to see the orthopedic surgeon to hopefully open the case. I must make the decision to pay the orthopedic surgeon and hope RMA open the case or do I buy food for my family (I have no work or money) because RMA didn't listen from the start and closed the case while I told them my knee is not fine and I have to go to the same orthopedic surgeon and he will not agree that he made a mistake, RMA doesn't have the decency to send me for a second opinion because they don't care. They say you must phone and asked to be put through to a person then the lady who answers only drops the call and don't try a email because they don't answer,don't try social media because they only block you. I stay with my first review don't trust RMA get your own policy, RMA doesn't care about you when you get injured on duty that's why you can't pick your own doctor because they only want to get rid of you as quickly as possible without listening or showing any care or compassion. Stay away from RMA they only care about money and not people. They also tell people of there wonderful rehabilitation program on LinkedIn but they didn't even pay for my Biokinetist.
I booked a surprise message for my wife at Life day spa at Silverstar hotel and it was wonderful, the staff is friendly and professional. Asha did my wife's message and she is brilliant and friendly. Thank you

I want to warn all South African people if your work has a policy for you at RMA when you get injured on duty get your own policy somewhere else. RMA closed my case while I told them that my knee wasn't fine and I am struggling since then to open the case again they didn't even approve my chronic medication. My first review was on the 12 September 2024 and they said they will get back to but until now nothing and the best of all is they have a hospital in Welkom to help with rehabilitation and they still didn't care if I am fine or not, now I don't have a work anymore and my knee is not fine si thanks to RMA my family and I are going to end up homeless. Don't trust RMA they don't care about you.
Since my first review on the 12 September 2024 until today 23 October 2024 I had a few phone calls but there is no feedback yet. My point exactly RMA doesn't care about you I must walk with pain everyday without pain medication and my other knee is also getting worse because hevis taking all the pressure now. Don't trust RMA get your own policy somewhere else, RMA has a big and beautiful Sub- Acute rehabilitation Hospital in Welkom and they didn't help me when I told them that my knee is not fine.
I stand by my review on the 12 September 2024 that RMA is pathetic, here is my reason they closed my case while I told them that my knee is not fine. I contacted them now to hear about what I must do for second opinion on my knee and for my prescription medication and thus was there answer" Be advised that in my opinion you can re-open the claim by seeing the DP/Specialist. But you will be liable for the costs of the consultation" now I must pay for there carelessness while I have no work or medical aid, because they only want to get rid of you as quickly as possible. RMA is pathetic don't use them.
My family and I went for the 3 hour safari and it was spectacular! Thank you to our guide, Nolu. She went out of her way to make it special for us. I will definitely recommend Lion & Safari Park to everyone!
Pathetic service of the ladies who work at the cold meat section at Pick n pay Welkom. We were standing there for 30min and nobody came to help us because they stay in the backroom. I also has a compliment for Sakkie because when he saw us he made sure somebody came to help us if he wasn't there I don't want to know how long we would have been waiting.
Another week past and no feedback from RMA not even a phone call. Pathetic service if you have a policy with them cancel it and get your own policy. They don't care about you when you get injured on duty.
