I am beyond disappointed with the service I received. I logged a query about a power outage at my house, and I was assured that an electrician had been dispatched. However, hours went by with no update and no one arriving to resolve the issue. When I called the call center to follow up, I spoke to a consultant named Mathieso, who was not only unhelpful but shockingly rude. She spoke to me in a dismissive tone and showed no interest in assisting me. When I calmly asked for clarity on the delay, she rudely hung up on me. She forth became sarcastic about the challenge of being unreachable which became very disturbing and distasteful This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable, especially in situations where people are left without electricity. I expect a higher standard of customer service, timely responses, and staff who show basic respect and professionalism. This experience has left me frustrated and deeply dissatisfied.
