Terrible service. I’ve ordered a rug online. After being delivered I’ve emailed and whatsap to get the invoice…. Haven’t received any reply yet and it has been a week. Tried phoning the number on the order several times buy no answer.
I’ve placed an order online on Black Friday were I choose delivery the following week. Two days before my delivery was scheduled I phoned pick n pay online to please change my adress cause I resigned and would not be there for delivery that day where a lady said she will send a request and call me back. 2 days went by and no call, email etc. when I called again she said she will escalate it again and mark it NB. A day went by and still no call back. I phoned yesterday to find out what’s going on where they told me my order has been cancelled and I must replace the order and can’t have the Black Friday discount. I think it’s unacceptable to not call me back with feedback and to cancel my order and not notify me!!
