I would give zero stars if I could . I wish I could add a picture of the 1cm foam. No fabric , just smooth digital print , on a thin foam surface . The worst quality “rug”I have ever purchased . Do not waste your time or money on these rugs. I tried to return as soon as I saw the quality. after 3 emails asking for them to respond , finally responds and says I need to pay a handling fee as well as R250 for them to return. This **** product ! Calling it a rug is such a joke. Better quality rugs are being sold at JET and PEP for a fraction of the price.

Went to Rugs original Ballito Branch, exellent service by a lady called Levana. I went twice and on both occasions she was very professional and friendly, assisted me with my choice. I am a happy customer. Thank you Rugs Original.

My son found a rug online he really liked (this has been a bit of a search), but it was old stock and not many available. Barbara from Cresta branch not only located the rug for me, but responded super fast, sent me an invoice, tracked my payment and had the rug out with a courier same day - it arrived 2 days later (I am in an outlying area) and has added the finishing touches we needed for his new room. Very happy son and very happy Mummy! Thank you Barbara for your outstanding service.

Terrible service. I’ve ordered a rug online. After being delivered I’ve emailed and whatsap to get the invoice…. Haven’t received any reply yet and it has been a week. Tried phoning the number on the order several times buy no answer.

Went to Gateway branch on Monday. Asked the lady if we could return the rug if it didnt fit. She said yes. So i purchased it. Went back on Tuesday to return it, and was told theres an admin fee for returns. Claims its written on the receipt and on the counter in the store. As far as i know thats illegal. I would never have bought it had i know this and the lady should have told me about this when i asked about returns. I have bought from their springfield branch before without these hassles. Anyway, i shall NEVER be shopping at any of their stores again.

If you want to buy a rug with no help or assistance than by all means go to the rugs original in Springfield. They are so unhelpful and looks like they really don’t need your sale. Rather buy online and get better satisfaction. I went all the way there to see the mat because I like to buy things I can see but the guy there said that I should rather buy online - I really don’t understand why the shop is open when they don’t like customers

Excellent service and after-sales service from the two wonderful ladies in the Tygervalley Shop, Nicole and Faiza. They went above and beyond the call of duty to satisfy our needs in getting just the right carpets. Excellent customer relations and I can highly recommend.

What a circus I went to........ I bought a rug on 7 August in Tygervalley Mall. Not a very friendly lady sold it to me. She took my money on the same day, the full amount, not a 50% deposit, no, the FULL amount. I had to wait 5 days for my rug to be delivered. Today is day 5, I phoned them this morning to find out where my rug is and Ernest said he will find out and phone me back. I waited until 13:00 and phoned again, Ernest said that they were trying to find the rug somewhere between all the warehouses and that he have no idea where it is, but he will phone me back later. It is now 17:00 and I just phoned and spoke to Ernest again. His words: I have no idea. So when I asked him why did he not phone me back, he said that he will give the message to Yolande. Really?????????? My consumer rights gives me the right to ask my money back in 7 days if I am not happy with the product. Well since I have not received my product yet, I would like my money back. This is very poor services and I am disgusted by the abilities of your staff to sort a problem out. I will tell everyone about your bad service. This is unacceptable. I cant see a future for that shop in Tygervalley.
