Rugs Original Ballito, Happy Customer
Went to Rugs original Ballito Branch, exellent service by a lady called Levana. I went twice and on both occasions she was very professional and friendly, assisted me with my choice. I am a happy customer. Thank you Rugs Original.

Missing payment
I tranfared money from an FNB account via payshap but the money did not reflect on the recepient account. I called FNB and logged a Missing Payment case. I was called a few days after and told the money has been released.till this day i have nit received the money nor has the initial recepient. Really draining and devastating.

Cell C - Poor service / no settlement letter.
I finished paying Cell C contract in 2021. they even send me statements showing zero balance but on my credit report it shows that I'm in arrears with their account. I have emailed and phoned Cell C customer services a number o f times but they couldn't help me with a settlement letter. Very irritated with the service I'm getting from cell C after being their loyal customer for years .

Harassment by truworths
Truworths calling every second hour when they have failed to do their work. their service is disgusting they act like they are some perfect creatures. i had set up a debit order with them, when they dont take their money it is now my problem that the account is in arreas. i went instore and payed my minimum but still thats not enough for them. so i must now drop everything and run to them. they call and not update their system, am i the one who is supposed to update their system that i have already been called and made an arrangement. I will that account and never set my foot there again and tell everyone that will listen not to do so either.

the smart drive program is not working, i have not received my promised 5% discount, i Called outsource and was told a technician was going to call me but that never happened.
