Really awful aboit kitchen studio.
I had used kitchen studio about 4 years ago and was quite happy. Recommended them to 3 other people after, and boy was i disappointed. The 3rd person being my son who was buying his 1st home. Starting life, but i feel so terrible cos i encouraged him to use kitchen studio and they were totally useless. I promised him using them be hassle free, assured him they will give him good quality workmanship and be hassle free. They were so unreliable, never pitched when they were suppose to, gave them really low grade / quality workmanship, didnt deliver what they were supposed to, and were ridiculously expensive. They cudv gotten a much superior kitchen at less than half the price, and without all the drama and hassle. Job was supposed to have been completed around november 2022. Still not. Still has many corrections, and didnt even deliver according to their picture on plan. And now I hear that they taking matter to legal. They havnt delivered what was promised, never get back to you, and they expect to be paid in full. Their staff were coming to us to offer to complete the errors in their private capacity. Their staff kept changing. Really frustrating dealing with them. Will NEVER recommend them again. I will be building a new place soon in zimbali lakes, will most certainly not use them. Dont think they even care. Really really disappointing.

The most awful bank
The worst bank to have to deal with. I go to all the banks for my creditors, but Nedbank is always too slow, and full of complaints. Went to pavillion branch recently, and was told because its after 3 we cant accept cash. Their branch closes at 3.30pm. Overport city tells you to go elsewhere, and than when you insist not , they take forever to count small amounts. They treat you with such arrogance. I am going to request my creditors change their banks because of the consistant arrogance and wait at nedbank. All my customers agree that nedbank is always full of nonsense.

Most deceiving.
Went to Gateway branch on Monday. Asked the lady if we could return the rug if it didnt fit. She said yes. So i purchased it. Went back on Tuesday to return it, and was told theres an admin fee for returns. Claims its written on the receipt and on the counter in the store. As far as i know thats illegal. I would never have bought it had i know this and the lady should have told me about this when i asked about returns. I have bought from their springfield branch before without these hassles. Anyway, i shall NEVER be shopping at any of their stores again.

Incorrect ticket
i went into checkers overport city on Saterday 18th of July to purchase a ticket to Cape Town for the next day for my son a student who had to be back at campus on the 20th. The ladt quoted me r3600 for that ticket and as i didnt have my glasses asked her to check my ticket which she assured me was a ticket to cape town for the 19th . When we got to the airport on the 19th we discover that the flight was for Johannesberg on the 19th and another flight from jhb to ct on the 20th. Furious and desperate I went to the SAA counter and had to pay another R1900 to change the jhb flight for tthe 19th. On Tuesday morning I went to checkers and spoke to the manager who called the lady who sold me the ticket who clearly confessed not knowing about what she had booked. She had no idea that she had booked to ct via jhb and said that yes she was askd to check the ticket which she claims she did as i had no glasses. I was than asked to leave the matter in their hands as I wanted some compensation for all the inconvenience and stress and paying over R6000 for a ticket to ct. Checking up on the matter during the week I was told will take about 6 weeks. I am still waiting.

Disappointing
I require a certain style ugg boot and there is no size in Durban. I have requested them kindly checking to see if other branches in RSA have or even internationally ordering a pair for me but no person ever gets back to me. I have been there on three occasions and no luck and just excuses. This was supposed to be my Mother's Day gift and I am waiting from then.
