What a circus I went to........ I bought a rug on 7 August in Tygervalley Mall. Not a very friendly lady sold it to me. She took my money on the same day, the full amount, not a 50% deposit, no, the FULL amount. I had to wait 5 days for my rug to be delivered. Today is day 5, I phoned them this morning to find out where my rug is and Ernest said he will find out and phone me back. I waited until 13:00 and phoned again, Ernest said that they were trying to find the rug somewhere between all the warehouses and that he have no idea where it is, but he will phone me back later. It is now 17:00 and I just phoned and spoke to Ernest again. His words: I have no idea. So when I asked him why did he not phone me back, he said that he will give the message to Yolande. Really?????????? My consumer rights gives me the right to ask my money back in 7 days if I am not happy with the product. Well since I have not received my product yet, I would like my money back. This is very poor services and I am disgusted by the abilities of your staff to sort a problem out. I will tell everyone about your bad service. This is unacceptable. I cant see a future for that shop in Tygervalley.
