Lazy Boy???

I bought a Lazy Boy recliner in October 2016. We paid just short of R10,000 . It said Leather Uppers. Now, 2 years later, the “leather uppers” are disintegrating at some places. Lazy Boy says I must get an Upholsterer as they only guarantee the chair, not the material. I see now that the material looks like leather but is a kind of imitation leather. How can you pay R10,000 for this? I am really not happy!
