Stink attitude
Bad telephone etiquette. Meagan at the somerset branch has a very bad way of speaking to customers on the telephone. I phned and asked to speak to one of the sales people and she says nothing. After a long silence i hear the sales person i asked for. Absolutely no manners and a stink attitude

A great product but an Excellent team
Well done to La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in Nelspruit. I bought my recliner from them in 2017 and at the beginning of this year something in the mechanism broke, rendering the recliner faulty. I went to the Nelspruit branch and was told to bring it in and they would have it repaired at NO COST. This I did and I now have my favourite piece of lounge furniture back and working perfectly. A great product but an EXCELLENT team at Nelspruit La-Z-Boy. Thank you....

A great product but an Excellent team
Well done to La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery in Nelspruit. I bought my recliner from them in 2017 and at the beginning of this year something in the mechanism broke, rendering the recliner faulty. Poor La Z Boy!
I purchased a recliner 3 years ago, which the store ensured me was leather - cost R9000. Less than 2 years later the covering on one of the arms was cracking. It was recovered by the store - with a superior product I might add. Today, the entire chair is a mess, cracking all over (except the arm that was recovered). Certainly not real leather. I have twice posted a complaint of their website and had no response.

Excellent service and product at La-Z-Boy Somerset West
I bought a couch La-Z-Boy in Somerset West and had a great experience. I changed my mind a few times and I was a tricky customer, but they accommodated me each time. It has been about 6 months and I am still very happy with my new couch. It is top-notch quality. I wish to compliment Werner and Almarie on excellent service.

Excellent service and product at La-Z-Boy Somerset West
I bought a couch La-Z-Boy in Somerset West and had a great experience. I changed my mind a few times and I was a tricky customer, but they accommodated me each time. It has been about 6 months and I am still very happy with my new couch. It is top-notch quality. I wish to compliment Werner and Almarie on excellent service.

Lazy Boy???
I bought a Lazy Boy recliner in October 2016. We paid just short of R10,000 . It said Leather Uppers. Now, 2 years later, the “leather uppers” are disintegrating at some places. Lazy Boy says I must get an Upholsterer as they only guarantee the chair, not the material. I see now that the material looks like leather but is a kind of imitation leather. How can you pay R10,000 for this? I am really not happy!

Item supplied not as stated in shop
(page 2/2) now I have moved into a house paid for a lounge suit that is not as promised by the sales person in the shop, management are trying to bully me into taking this cash offer deal which I feel is not fair. After discussions with management they are willing to offer me only R1000 cash back to keep the set as is. Although a 5 seat recliner will sell for R4000+ more. Curtains to fit with the set have already been made to order and on route. Table to fit with this set and the colour has to be collect from another supplier and now nothing is as it seems. Management has just phoned to say that either I take the cash offer or they will come and fetch the set and refund me in total, because the sales person on the floor didn't know his product and now I refuse to be strong armed into a deal which I feel is not fair. I have a very expensive lounge set which is not what I was promised before purchasing curtains specially made to fit and tables on it way and no happiness.
