I ordered 2 pairs of shoes. They took over 2 weeks to be delivered. One pair was wrong size and they have declined to replace them
I ordered shoes on 24 March and 26 March and have not received either. When I inquire I'm told they are very busy
I bought a car dog guard on line which proved not to be the wrong product for my car. I emailed them the day after I had received it, informing of this. I was informed that they could not return an opened product to their shelves so I would have to pay for it to be returned to USA, which would cost more then the actual product. I have taken this to the ombudsman.
I purchased a recliner 3 years ago, which the store ensured me was leather - cost R9000. Less than 2 years later the covering on one of the arms was cracking. It was recovered by the store - with a superior product I might add. Today, the entire chair is a mess, cracking all over (except the arm that was recovered). Certainly not real leather. I have twice posted a complaint of their website and had no response.
