So back in 2020 someone did FRAUD in KZN using my profile with MTN how I do not know after that I went to MTN they did nothing at all no one contacted me until today it’s 2 years later when I tried online application they told me that I have an outstanding amount to pay while my contract ended with them in 2019 for an iPhone 6, they do not care about their clients at all I am so disgusted about their bad service, at Centurion mall MTN store I asked the guy to give me contract that was signed by the person who did fraud with my profile he refused that so what more should I do with MTN🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
I placed my order on the 25.10.2021 until now my order is not delivered, I tried calling their number it does not work, I have email them Bonie responded saying i will get my delivery in 2-4 working days but it has been a week now nothing, Their service is so disgusting no communication nothing, You literally talk alone on the emails, I want my product I ordered or if not refund my money yerrrrrrrrr. I now see that your product is on takealot maybe this time around everything will be quicker than before.
I am so disappointed with MTN someone did fraud on my profile and took 2 cellphones, reported this in July until now nothing has been done. No calls, no email update on the matter nothing, Funny enough hen this person took a contract when he does no pay they start calling me on this number not on the one they issued for a new contract, I am so so disappointed, Can someone get back to me with feedback as soon as possible.
To anyone thinking of taking funeral cover with OLD MUTUAL my advise to you is DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER, OLD MUTUAL debited me on the 28 July 2021 yet my policy is cancelled why GOD KNOW, You guys are scamming people, I spoke to an agent by the name of THEMBISA SIDLAI on the 23.07.2021 she said everything is okay you guys will debit me on the 28.07.2021 and everything will go well to my surprise my policy has lapsed not active why not even one person bothered to call me to advise me of a cancellation, You guys are scammers i am so sorry I AM OUT, Keep that policy cancelled as you have done it already, WOW WOW WOW AFTER SO MANY YEARS old mutual WOW WOW. I am sure you guys are running away from paying out for funerals honestly you taking people for a ride since there is covid.
I would like to appreciate the lady by the name of Thembisa Sidlai from ODL MUTUAL, She is so humble, willing to assist, listens to a clients query, and also down to earth, with a lot going on in this world we definitely need more people like her she is definitely an asset to the company, she assisted me with warmth and love and i felt valued as a client, she resolved my query in a minutes after going on for like such a long period dealing with different people failing to resolve my issue finally it is sorted, I was on the edge of cancelling my policy with you guys but she rescued me very well, We even had a personal chat about this pandemic we facing in the whole world, WELL DONE THEMBISA SIDLAI.
I have a problem with OLD MUTUAL, I had a policy with them for almost 10 years only now they telling me that i missed a premium in 2017, 18 and 2020 and they tellimg me that my policy was never cancelled nor anything it was still active and i ask myself how did they even go as far as paying out my fathers claim if my premiums were no up to date, so and how come one miss premium but the policy is active it does not make sense you guys are robbing people day light i am not quote sure if you now wanna recover the payouts you made to other people claims from other people, So the agent told me that I now owe money close to R2000 to OLD MUTUAL, please do not debit my profile I demand you get back to me or damn cancel whatever policy i have with you guys, So this morning I phoned spoke to the agent by the name of Monique/Monic she is working from home and she is busy chatting to someone busy putting me on hold for nothing than dropped the call afterwards I believe if it was a mistake she was going to call me back as I have provided her with my ID NUMBER to access my profile, your guys service is horrible and pathetic, I am so extremely annoyed and an unhappy client, this is the list of the service we need during these trying times honestly and your guys just do not care at all.

I accepted an offer to a lady that phoned me from Telkom, the next day I phoned to cancel the contract that has not yet started no call until today, Telkom service is so pathetic I regret why I even listened to the lady who assisted me and also that is why I decided to upgrade with their competitor coz woow TELKOM SERVICE IS VERY BAD........I want the profile cancelled as in yesterday or else I will reverse my money should you try to debit.
