Exemplary Service from King Price!
We have been insured with King Price for many years and once again experienced seamless and stress free service. We had a repair done to our bakkie and could not have asked for more outstanding experience! Everything was handled professionally and quickly from the original assessment, arrangement of a hire car and right through to the completion of the repair and collection of the bakkie. A fantastic experience all round! This is the second unrelated 5 star review I am posting and do not regret the decision made to move all our insurance over to King Price. A great company!

Exemplary Service from Auto Magic Menlyn
Auto Magic Menlyn repaired the damage to the one side of our bakkie absolutely perfectly! Their service was outstanding and we were provided with continuous updates as to the progress of the work. We were given an estimated completion date but the bakkie was ready several days earlier. What a fantastic company to deal with and we certainly highly recommend using their services!

Excellent company with excellent service!!
I ordered a Logbook on from Aviation Direct on Saturday and gave a Postnet address. On Sunday I saw my order had already been processed. Monday morning I received an email asking if I would not prefer a direct home delivery as it would be faster. Unfortunately I live on a farm with rough roads and which is also which is difficult to find, so Postnet is more convenient. I really appreciated the consideration and that I was given this option. My Logbook arrived in good order on Tuesday morning at Postnet! The service from Aviation Direct was outstanding and I certainly would highly recommend dealing with them.

Fine Goods SA is an Outstanding Company!
What a delightful experience dealing with this company! I ordered a teapot from them and it was shipped immediately. I received an email confirmation with tracking number. The courier company was Globeflight and I was able to track my package from departure to delivery and my teapot arrived exactly on time. The teapot was very well wrapped and protected in the box so the chance of any breakage was extremely minimal and it arrived in perfect condition! There is a wide selection of exquisite items on the Fine Goods website and I will definitely be ordering from this business again. An extremely professional company with great customer service and they deserve your business!!

Avoid this place
Terrible lack lustre surly service from two women office staff. Price on my chosen plant was queried when I went to pay. I waited 10 minutes for query to be sorted and when I eventually went to find out where the woman had gone, she was standing out in the nursery busy with other staff. I was then told the plant I wanted was going to cost R60 more than the marked price which was almost double. This was my second visit here and there was a similar problem the previous time. There are other nurseries - Lots of Pots being one - with far far better service and prices. Do not waste your time at C and M Landscaping, they clearly do not need our custom.

Dr Kenny Carpenter-Kling: Avoid using him
I waited more than a month for an appointment with Dr Kenny Carpenter-Kling. The appointment was made for 11:45. I arrived at 11:30 and surprisingly found the waiting room full of patients. I asked the receptionist if there was time to get a cup of coffee and she said yes and to come back in half an hour, at 12. This would have meant returning 15 minutes after the appointment time. I returned at 11:55 to find the waiting room filled with even more patients, in fact so many that there was not even a seat available. I waited another 30 minutes and still there were still another 2 patients in front of me. There was no explanation as to why I had been kept waiting so long and certainly no apology for wasting my time. I cancelled the appointment and walked out. This is an example of sheer greed on the part of the doctor who selfishly only thinks about making money by booking so many patients with whom he clearly cannot cope. I would NEVER EVER recommend this man as a 'doctor'.

Outstanding Service
We had the most fantastic service from Johannes Swarts at King Price Insurance. Had an accident which was not our fault, and Johannes sorted out everything for us. Our vehicle was written off and from the day we contacted Johannes to put in our claim, he took over and handled everything. Money was paid into our account, the financial institution was paid and we found Johannes both professional and extremely communicative the whole way through. King Price has just started financing motorbikes and we will be moving our bike to them and reinsuring our both our new vehicle and older car already in our possession. Thank you for fantastic service at a time when we needed it most!!!
