Worst client service I’ve dealt with in my 29 years on earth. Our complex moved to UMS so we buy electricity through them. Suddenly we use more than twice as much electricity. When asked about it they are so rude and have no clear answers! We work so hard for our money, now we have to use all of it for electricity.
Hi there, On the 28th of January my husband ordered and paid a necklace for me from Puppy Pieces SA. To this day we have not received it. My husband sent many many messages on Facebook & Whatsapp to the owner of the page, she had so many excuses! The necklace was in stock when my husband ordered and paid for it and then two days later he was told that it was never in stock. She says she has supplier problems and problems getting the product to her. She did not let him know about the problems, he had to ask multiple times what the hold up was. My husband left comments and a review on her page but it gets deleted very quickly. Please help me in exposing this bad experience as it has been almost 4 months since he placed the order. Their page has time to put new items up for sale everyday but they don't have the time to send out orders that have been paid for. All we get is empty promises and different excuses everytime.
Service was terrible. I placed an order months ago, they nagged for payment the next day. I paid and from there heard nothing for almost two months so I messaged more than once before getting an answer that my order will be shipped the next week. So a few weeks went by again and I messaged AGAIN being told that they don’t have the product - not the colour or type that I ordered I can have another one. I asked if a refund was possible, I mean they can’t deliver something that I paid for so how the hell can they expect of me to just take something else? By the way this was for my wedding so I ordered according to my colour plans OBVIOUSLY. I was rudely just told no refunds and again that Injust have to take something else. I asked which sizes they have in the other colour- answered “the sizes you ordered”. They said my order will be shipped in a week. So now what? Do I wait weeks again for NOTHING? Still, they advertise the product I ordered and paid for, even today- but I am told it’s not availeble anymore! Dear future brides and bridesmaids. Don’t walk this road! This is the worst service I have EVER received. Really dissapointed and heartbroken. Every girl want everything perfect for her wedding! With Love And Lace it’s a NIGHTMARE. If I receive the items I’ll have to buy others anyway in the right colours! Love And Lace lacks honesty, humanity, communication s****s and work ethic. Not even once they said sorry!
