I have had the pleasure of dealing with various Management Agents in Bloemfontein, and UMS / NRE has proofed to be the most efficient agency to rely on. They have various systems in place to accommodate various scenarios and I have always just received prompt assistance when renting from them. Refusal of invoices by Flippie from UMS
Flippie from UMS is refusing to provide me with all my invoices and statement that proves that all payments were made regarding water charges, as he/she has sent me a letter of demand for their mistake in inaccurately calculating water charges of which they confirm in the letter that it was their mistake.

WORST CLIENT SERVICE & THIRD PARTY ELECTRICITY COMPANY IN BLOEMFONTEIN
Worst client service I’ve dealt with in my 29 years on earth. Our complex moved to UMS so we buy electricity through them. Suddenly we use more than twice as much electricity. When asked about it they are so rude and have no clear answers! We work so hard for our money, now we have to use all of it for electricity.
