Refusal of invoices by Flippie from UMS

Flippie from UMS is refusing to provide me with all my invoices and statement that proves that all payments were made regarding water charges, as he/she has sent me a letter of demand for their mistake in inaccurately calculating water charges of which they confirm in the letter that it was their mistake.
