Internet speed is forever slow, they just fix it when I complain sometimes and they take back to slow speeds after a couple of hours. Now they no longer attend to my request for assistance. I'm stuck with lows internet speeds. STAY AWAY FROM HOME CONNECT
Worst service provider, my internet speed is always low at less than 10MBPS all the time and im paying for 30MBPS. Everyday i have to call and restart the router and immediately after they hang up or when they knock off at 8 the speed gets really slow.
Waiting for the oder for long time, and order number was not displayed on the screen for collection and the staff (Christina) was rude when I tried to enquire about what has happened. Now my child is eating a cold meal.
I was sold the wrong item and after complaining I was told to take the item received to Builders warehouse for an exchange, however when I arrived I explained the scenario but I was just handed back my refund and told to go buy with the refund and I again explained to her that what she is doing it's going to cause me to log a complain and she was fine with it
I bought an item online but upon pick up I was given the wrong product, I even notified the consultant but he did not help and yesterday I was at the store after seeing the item I want and no one assisted me I even went to information for assistance and they confirmed that there are 8 items left as per the system but I left the store without getting assisted. Now I'm forced to use the product I did not choose and no one seems to want to assist.
Im getting calls Delela telemarketing saying that they are calling on behalf of budget insurance and the person was RUDE to me and she only gave me her name and she hanged up on me when I tried to understand where she got permission to use my number and she boldly told me that the POPI act allows them to call me without my consent. I never gave permission to receive such calls. Why is budget insurance selling my number to telemarketers without my permission?
SARS mandates that invoices must accurately reflect the VAT rate. Overcharging VAT violates the VAT Act. My invoice amount includes 0.5%vat which is not in accordance with the law and no one wants to compile a correct invoice even the debit order is based on the inflated invoice which is not compliant with SARS. Worst customer service received they keep repeating the same thing and not adhering to applicable laws and regulations

I am being penalized because my account was debited using the incorrect invoice amount which included 0.5% of VAT and on the 24th April 2025 the vat was s****ped but Home-Connect pushed the debit as it is and I did communicate with them but no one wants to fix the mistake they caused and want to debit incorrect amounts based on incorrect invoice amount.
Invoices are incorrectly calculated and customers are billed incorrect amounts regardless even if you notify them, they just keep invoicing incorrect amounts
