This company did not deliver my other item on my order( WL stainless steel straws 4 piece). Sent a complaint and the response was that they will look at it. I then later rep**** to the email wanting an update but there was no response. After few days I wrote a review and complained. They rejected my review telling me that it was not about the product but the delivery. How am I going to write about my product when it was not delivered by the courier of their choice? Why in the 1st place they need to approve our reviews before publushing them? Its because they dobt want negetice reviews. I opted to come write my review here and let others know that they **** us sometimes and reject our reviews
Out vehicle was insured with my way since 2022, we had a hit and run towards the end of July 2023 and we lodged our 1st claim. Till today, they have not responded if our claim is authorized or not. Very bad service, they claim to be the best when selling services. I will mever recommend anyone to use them
Vodacom wrongfully upgraded my contract without my consent. He made it seem like Vodacom is giving away to its clients and I repeatedly told him I don't want to renew my contract and he said he won't renew it. Phoned the call centre after receiving and sms telling me my upgrade has been completed. The consultant said she has cancelled it and I will receive an sms within 3 working days. To this day I have not received any sms. The loaded the data for the upgrade wich I didnt want and my bill now is high. I have been Vodacom client since 2007 but if this ia how you look for sales then you will lose lots of customers.
Hi q Port Shepstone branch misled us about their tyre warranty. Bought 2 sets of tyres and fitted them there. We were told to bring the tyres back if we have like pot hole damage etc they will change and give us a new tyre for free. Just after 4 weeks I hit a pot hole and took it there. They told me to pay 50%which they never told about when I bought the tyres. They now telling that I don't have a top up that will pay 100% of the damage which I was never told also. I don't recommend any one to buy tyres at HI-Q PORT SHEPSTONE BRANCH
I have enough now with this company. They put me on a wrong deal and I sent an email cancelling it, and I told they to send me my invoice, but they didnt instead they debited R380 from my account but I reversed it. Now the debited again and amount of R630 which I dont understand because I told them to cancel my contract because they have breached our aggreement. If you (MTN)not resolving this, I will have no choice but to consult my lawyer. You are a greedy, scheeming company who doesnt care about the clients but your company.
I have a problem with MTN they incorrectly put me on a wrong deal & they told me that via email. They promised to resolve the problem,now they are telling me to migrate & that may have additional charges. I told them to then cancel my contract beacause they have breached our agreement. They say they will charge me early cancellation fees, how come because it's them(MTN) who made the mistake not me.
I received a call from MTN agent selling me a cellphone deal but wanted a Router deal. So I took a portable 17 gigabyte day & 17 gigabyte night. I then recieved my router within a short space of time & used it. Now after a month I saw it not connecting & I phone MTN, they told me that my data bundles are finished because in their system it shows that I took a 5 gigabyte deal. I then told then what deal I took. She then escalated my query via email. I then recieved an email telling me that the agent made a mistake and captured a wrong deal they will correct that. No response I have received yet. Its been a 6th day now & I have to buy data bundles because I need them, yet they will debit my account with the 17 gigabyte deal not the 5 gigabyte that shows in their system.
