False advertisment and Empty promises
I upgraded to ChatGPT plus Since sunday l sent a story for an article and pictutes up to todate not delivered. Have been doing follow up but they keep on saying give us few more minutes, your article is ready for download but they dont send me

False advertising and they dont deliver once you paid them
Their service is very poor, as soon as you pay them and send proof of payment they dont attend to you, and dont deliver your order ontime. Even if you query about your order they dont reply. They lie when they advertise their items and say delivery period is 2days. I paid and sent the proof of payment yo them on thr 27th of november 2020 up to now my order have not been delivered let alone acknowledged. If you ask about your order on their facebook page they skip your comment and attend the next person. I have seen a lot of customers complaining about the same issue and not assisted. Hello Peter you are my last hope. They rather refund us if fail yo deliver .

Bassa only care about money not clients
Bassa hardware at Newlands lnanda Road, they have worse service ever. As soon as you pay them they dont deliver on time they promised. I went to their shop on Saturday 1st of december. Bought building material to the value of R30 993. Paid with eft same day. They promised to deliver on monday. They ddnt. I phoned twice on monday they promised tuesday and still ddnt. On tuesday they said they will deliver before end of business day but they ddnt fulfil their promise. On wednesday 5th of december my builder went to them early in the morning waited until 14h00 until he left with no order. They only delivered at 16h30 and not all of my order. They promised to deliver the balance first thing on thursday. Come thursday they ddnt kip their promise, i phoned them 4 times in one day with no success. Its 19h39 on thursday the 6th of december 2018 and the order that l paid for on 1 december 2018 is still my order is with them.
