Ordered product on 11 December 2020.Was informed on 24 December of no stock and to expect to be refunded within 5 business days.Instead got a credit from loot despite stating that i want my money back. Have sent 7 seven e mails to them and not even the decency of a reply!! Dont even bother with the call centre as nobody picks up. I want my money back! Worst service ever.
Was charged installation fees to replace a faulty unit which was still under warranty. Have sent 6 mails and spoken to 2 customer care consultants which took over ten minutes from my cell phone who promise to get back to you but never do. Even the Head office number goes straight back to customer care. I have been battling for over a week to resolve this! Really annoyed now.
