I don't like that you don't offer account management for people like me who work full-time and hardly get a chance to trade but want to. Apart from that everything else I'm happy with.
I went to Spar (St Georges Spar/Tops at Shop 10/477 Smith Street, Durban) I deposited money (R2000) via instant money was assisted by Patience (07/12/2018 at 12h13) and when my friend tried to withdraw from his side not long after I sent the money he got a notification saying the money has already been withdrawn and I tried from my side, received the same error and when I went back to spar they told me it's not their business. I have heard of such happening to other people but it has never happened to me before and I have to say I am absolutely appalled by this incident and will be opening a case with the police because I am certain that this money was withdrawn by Spar employees (or employee). This is a lot of money to just lose like this, I'm not rich I don't understand why your employees would do such a thing not only to me but anybody. I want my money back!!
